Young children have the opportunity to hear another Bible story.

3rd graders and older are able to serve as acolytes. It's not just lighting the candles, it's a big responsibility!

Nursery care is available during all Sunday worship services.  During the 11:00 am service, ECA and Second Story are also available.  We do encourage all children to be in worship with their families!  Activity packets (coloring pages, etc.) are available for children to use during worship.  Pick them up in the Narthex, or ask an usher.

To play, press and hold the enter key. To stop, release the enter key.

Saturday childcare, 6:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Infants through 5th grade

Cost: $15 for one child, additional children are $10 each

You do not have to be a member of Colonial Hills UMC to use this service.

There is always an on-site director trained in C.P.R.  Children enjoy games, stories, movies, active play, and a quiet place to rest.  To guarantee a spot for your child(ren), sign up by noon on Fridays.  To make a reservation, or for more information, contact the church office at (210) 349-2401.

I am excited about an opportunity at Colonial Hills UMC for families with young children.  As a parent of three daughters, I know it can be a struggle to balance the needs of children, spouse, housework, career, and extended family.  Where can you find the time for friends?

You are invited to join a group of other families, who, like you, want to raise thier children in a Christian home and need support and encouragement from others along the way.

The Young Families' Fellowship meets monthly, sometimes with children and sometimes just with adults.  They have dinners out, backyard barbecues, field trips to local attractions, and service projects.  We'd love to have you!
